The Florida Orthopaedic Society is opening pre-registration for companies who are interested in renewing their participation in the 2009 FOS Scientific Annual Meeting. The 2009 Annual Meeting is taking place May 14-17 at the Renaissance Vinoy Resort & Golf Club in St Petersburg, Florida. All of this information will be added to the FOS website in the coming weeks.
Please note that we have made significant changes in our exhibit options for companies and how we manage the assignment of exhibit spaces. Due to feedback we have received from a number of companies over the years, we are going to give you complete control over your location and different pricing of the exhibit spaces during the meeting. As you will see from the attached Exhibitor Prospectus, there are three different classifications of exhibits available for next year’s meeting and the booths will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. You will select the booth number and class you want. The booths will not be secured until we received the signed exhibit application in our office. If you choose a booth that has already been chosen, we will assign you the next available booth at a similar class. We will then communicate all changes with you immediately.
The 2009 Annual Meeting is already beginning to take shape and we look forward to some significant announcements concerning keynote speakers, breakout sessions, and social events in the coming months.
