If you can believe it, the time has come already to start finalizing plans for your company's participation in the 2007 Bones Society of Florida Annual Conference. Attached to this email is all of the sponsorship opportunities for this year's event.
This year’s conference is taking place September 21-23 at the Hilton Daytona Beach Ocean Front Village. We have put together a fantastic agenda for this year’s meeting and have already received a very positive response from our membership. You will note the quality of the speakers in the program and the many BSOF members who have already agreed to present or serve on panels during the meeting. So it should be a terrific conference.
Everything you should need to secure your participation is attached to this email. This includes the exhibit application form that needs to be returned to our office to secure your exhibit space. As well as the agenda, housing instructions, and exhibit hours. All exhibits booths are standard 6 foot tables that will include two chairs and a waste basket. Each booth includes two attendees for the meeting. If you want additional attendees there is a small registration fee of $100 for each additional person. The price to exhibit remains the same as last year.
We would encourage you to think of a raffle prize to give away at your booth during the conference. We are planning to host an “exhibit hall poker run” during the reception on Friday night and all exhibit times on Saturday to help maximize your booth traffic. Additional prizes from the vendors will really assist us as well.
